摘要
目的探究不同吸烟行为的初入职场者在吸烟动机、控烟自我效能感、感觉寻求等心理原因上的差异。方法使用Russell吸烟原因问卷、感觉寻求问卷及控烟自我效能感问卷对620名初入职场者进行调查。结果初入职场吸烟者排在前3位的主要吸烟动机依次是:刺激、镇静和享乐;不同吸烟行为初入职场者的感觉寻求水平存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(F=300.31,P<0.01),从未戒烟者的感觉寻求水平最高,不吸烟者的感觉寻求水平最低;不同吸烟行为初入职场者的控烟自我效能感也存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(F=708.58,P<0.01),不吸烟者控烟自我效能感得分最高,从未戒烟者控烟效能感得分最低。结论感觉寻求水平、控烟自我效能感与初入职场者吸烟行为有关。
Objective To explore psychological causes like smoking motivation, self-efficacy of smoking control and sensation seeking of the different smoking behavior in rookie workers. Method 620 rookie workers were surveyed with Russell smoking cause questionnaires, sensation seeking questionnaires and questionnaires for self-efficacy of smoking control. Results The top three major smoking motivations were for excitement, re- laxation and pleasure. Rookie workers with different smoking behavior had different levels of sensation seeking and the difference was statistically significant (F=300.31, P〈0.01); never-quitting smokers had the highest level of sensation seeking while non-smokers had the lowest level of sensation seeking. The self-efficacy of smoking control in rookie workers were different and the difference was statistically significant (F = 708.58, P〈0.01) ; non-smokers had the highest scores for self-efficacy of smoking control while never-quitting smok- ers got the lowest scores. Conclusion The level of sensation seeking and self-efficacy of smoking control are relevant to the smoking behavior of rookie workers.
