分析智慧图书馆的基本构成。认为图书馆智慧型服务系统是以云计算、大数据技术为核心,通过数据分析挖掘等手段实施智慧服务;智慧服务构建在智慧馆员基础上,高校图书馆应通过明确角色定位、建立智慧馆员制度,定制与智慧馆员岗位相适应的培训,开展跨文化、跨学科、跨国的学习交流等措施促进馆员向智慧馆员转变。

The paper analyzes basic constituents of smart library. It thinks that library＇s smart service system is with cloud com- puting and big data technology as the core, and implements smart service by data analysis and data mining. The paper puts forwards ways for university library to promote librarian to change into smart librarian, including clearing role orientation and establishing smart librarian system, customizing training adaptable to smart librarian, carrying out intercultural, interdisciplinary and transnational learning and exchange.
