摘要
随着各类水源地污染事件的发生,控制污染物扩散与及时排除污染物等应急措施越来越成为供水企业及用户关注的重点问题。针对污染事故后供水管网的冲洗问题,提出了供水管网泄水点布置的方法;以污染物持续时间为依据,结合节约冲洗用水、充分利用现有泄水点等因素,进行供水管网冲洗区域的划分,在此基础上建立供水管网泄水点优化布置的数学模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解;最后对ZJ市供水管网实际案例进行泄水点布置研究。
As various types of contamination events occurred trequenuy m water supply systems, the emergency measures, for example, control of contaminant diffusion, wash contaminant out became more and more important for the companies and residents. Aimed at the issues of flushing pipes after contamination events, a layout method of draining outlets in water supply network was put forward. According to the duration of contamination, as well as other factors, like minimizing flushing water quantity and enough utilization the current draining outlets, the division of flushing regions in water supply network was conducted. Based on the above methods, a mathematical model of optimal layout for draining outlets in water supply network was established and it was solved with a genetic algorithm. Finally, the proposed model was applied in water supply network of ZJ City.
