考虑批量分割的虚拟单元调度研究 被引量:2

Research on Lot-streaming in virtual manufacturing cellular scheduling

摘要 虚拟单元具有设备共享和逻辑重组的组织特点,能够帮助企业有效提升生产柔性,而在实际生产中,一项作业可能会包含多个相同或相似的加工操作,所以企业将这些操作分成多个批量予以加工,以节省设备的设置成本。因此,有必要在虚拟单元调度中考虑批量分割问题。构建了考虑批量分割和不考虑批量分割的多目标整数规划模型,以验证考虑批量分割后,虚拟单元调度效能的改善。介绍了考虑批量的遗传算法,并结合算例加以验证,结果显示在虚拟单元调度中采取批量分割能够帮助企业提升生产效率。
