摘要
针对大型复杂深盲孔零件加工与检测难题,通过气动快速换刀装置的创新设计,实现测头及刀体的精密快速装夹转换,并在此基础上,系统研究了数控系统数据结构算法和测头宏程序机理,摸索出了一整套大型复杂深盲孔零件在线检测自适应加工方案,解决了因为刀具磨损、机床主轴跳动等原因而造成的加工误差,从而达到了该类型零件高质高效加工的目的。
Analyze the deep blind hole large complex parts machining and measuring challenges. Through innovative design of the pneumatic quick tool changer, achieve rapid clamping probe and precision cutter body conversion. On this basis, with the systematic study of the NC system data structure algorithms and probe into the mechanism of macro program, the author works out a set of large, complex deep blind hole parts online measuring adaptive machining solutions to solve the machining error because of the tool wear, spindle run-out and other factors, and achieve the purpose of the high quality and efficient processing of parts.
