摘要
分析了自然伽马传感器输出信号的特点,以及该信号对拾取电路的要求,采用高输入阻抗、低噪声运算放大器设计的微弱电流信号拾取电路和新型的脉冲鉴别窗口电路,实现了随钻方位自然伽马测井仪的信号拾取、放大及整形处理功能,满足了伽马计数电路的输入要求。
This paper analyzes the feature of gamma ray sensor's output signal, and uses the weak current signal pickup circuit designed with extremely high input impedance and low noise operational amplifier with new pulse discrimination cir cult. The research meets the function of azimuthal gamma measurement instrument's signal and satisfies the input need of the Gamma counting circuit.
