军用电磁屏蔽方舱孔口工艺过程的质量控制 被引量:6

摘要 方舱孔口作为方舱与外界进行数据信息交换的通道,是最容易形成电磁泄漏的部位,一直是制约电磁屏蔽效能的薄弱环节。方舱孔口的加工及装配质量是保证孔口电磁屏蔽效能的关键因素。从方舱生产过程质量管理与控制的角度,深入分析了影响方舱孔口电磁屏蔽的工艺过程,探讨了方舱孔口加工制作过程和装配工艺过程的质量控制要求,总结了具有针对性的质量控制措施,对保证方舱孔口的电磁屏蔽效能,提高方舱的生产质量,具有重要的参考意义。 The shelter orifice which is as the channel for information exchange is most likely to lead the electromagnetic leakage, and the shelter orifice also restricts the shielding ability. The machining and assemble quality are the key points which affect the shielding ability. The process which affects the shielding ability of shelter orifice is deeply analyzed from the perspective of process management and process control. The process and assemble quality control requirements are discussed. This paper also summarizes the targeted quality control measures which have some referential meaning to enhance the shielding ability and quality of shelter.
