基于能谱的发动机螺杆断裂原因分析

摘要 针对发动机在地面试车过程申所发生的螺杆断裂事故,利用扫描电镜原位观测技术结合能谱分析技术,分析了导致断裂产生的原因,为后期的设计改进提供了依据。 Fracture accident occurs during a trial run ol a motor. The present thesis makes a research to identify the reason for connection screw fracture based on scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and XRD analysis, and propose the experience for future improvement.
