摘要
本文整合资源基础观和制度基础观,从政治关联对企业经营行为影响的"规模扩张效应—效率损失效应"的角度来进行分析,以珠三角地区的企业为研究对象,实证研究结果表明,政治关联能增强企业绩效,魅力型领导风格在企业政治关联与绩效的关系中发挥了正向调节作用。
This paper integrates the resource based view and institution based view, analyzes from the perspective of size-expansion and efficiency-impairment of political connections affecting the behavior of enterprise. With the Pearl River Delta enterprises as the object of study, the study shows that political connections can increase enterprise performance. With the influence of regulation from leadership style, charismatic leadership plays a positive regulatory role on the relationship between political connections and enterprise performance.
