摘要
恒定应力加速退化试验需要开展多组试验,因而会耗费巨大的试验资源,虽然恒加应力试验有不错的估计精度,但工程师们对这一方法总是望而却步。步进应力加速退化试验只需要对一组样品进行试验,试验成本大幅降低,但其对试验设备的要求较高。介绍了一类退化方式符合布朗漂移运动,加速效应符合阿伦尼斯模型的步进应力加速退化试验数据的处理方法,并给出了计算案例。
During a constant stress accelerated degradation test, a group of experiments have to be conducted, which means that numerous resoures will be consumed. As a result, although the accuracy of the test is well, it isn' t often adopted by engineers. However, during a step-stress step-stress acceleration test whose degradation mode follows Brownian motion with drift and acceleration effect conforms to Arrhenius relationship is introduced, and some calculation cases are presented.
