摘要
建立锁阳黄酮咀嚼片中黄酮含量的测定方法。以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定锁阳黄酮咀嚼片中总黄酮的含量。锁阳黄酮咀嚼片中黄酮含量测定方法的线性方程:y=11.920x+0.007 2,相关系数:r=0.999 4,线性范围:4.02μg/m L^64.32μg/m L,精密度的相对偏差:1.04%,加标回收率:93.70%~104.58%。
To establish the method for content determination of flavonoids in Cynomorium Songaricum flavonoids tablets. Lutoside as control article , the content of the flavoneoids in Cynomorium Songaricum flavonoids tablets was determined by spectrophotometry. The linear equation ,related coefficient and range of linearity were y=11.920x＋0.007 2,r=0.999 4, 4.02μg/mL-64.32μg/mL, respectively. The precision （RSD%） was 1.04%. The recoveries obtained were from 93.70 %to 104.58 %.
