通过单因素和正交试验确定,得出纳豆芽孢杆菌A-3发酵豆粕产染料木素的最佳条件为8%豆粕添加量,培养温度为34℃,转速为180 r/min,培养64 h,p H为7.3,装液量为50 m L/250 m L,接菌量为10%。最终目的产物染料木素的产率为0.12%,转化率为89.13%,达到理想水平。
The optimal conditions of producing genistein demonstrated by applying sigle factor and response surface methodology were that the concentration of soybean meal, rotation speed, fermentation hours the optimal pH were 8 %, 180 r/min, 64 h, 7.3, the liquid loading amount was 50 mL/250 mL, the bacteria amount was 10 %. The yield of genistein ratio arrived at 0.12 %, the conversion rate was 89.13 %, which achieves the optimal level.
