摘要
核桃壳是核桃取仁后的坚硬外壳,民间可用于治疗口腔溃疡、胃溃疡,目前主要用作燃料或丢弃,不仅造成资源的极大浪费,而且污染环境。现代研究发现核桃壳含有酚酸类、黄酮类、苷类等多种活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗菌、降脂、抗肿瘤等作用。介绍近年研究发现的核桃壳化学成分和生物活性,为深入研究核桃壳提供参考,促进核桃壳的综合高效开发利用。
Walnut shell is hard shell after taking walnut kernel. In folk , it can be used cure mouth ulcers and ulcer. Currently, it was mainly used as fuel or discarded, which not only caused great waste of resources, but also the environment was polluted. The current study found that phenolic acids , flavonoids and glycosides etc are the main functional active components. Studies have shown that they have antioxidant, antibacterial, lipid-lowering, antitumor and other effects. In this review, chemical constituents and function activity which can be found in recent years from walnut shell are main introduced , in order to provide some references for study on the walnut shell, and promote the efficient development of walnut shell.
