摘要 对太阳电池红外干涉截止滤光技术进行了研究。根据玻璃盖片透射率和反射率对电池性能的影响,提出了一种[LMHML]膜系红外截止滤光片设计构型。对制备的滤光片性能进行了测试,结果表明:采用该滤光技术可使硅太阳电池在轨工作温度降低5~10℃,输出功率增加1.4%~3.3%。 The technology of infrared reflecting (IRR) for space solar cell was studied in this paper. According to the effectiveness of the transmit and reflect of the glass, a structure of IRR with [LMHML] film system was put forward. The performance of the IRR made was tested. The results showed that the operating temperature could reduce 5~10 ℃ and the in-orbit efficiency could increase 1.4%~3.3% for silicon solar cell with IRR.
