摘要
基于某新型低地板纯电动城市客车的概念设计初始要求,建立该客车车身的有限元模型,采用变密度法,利用拓扑优化技术对多工况下的客车车身结构进行优化,并对优化的结构进行分析验证。结果表明,结构的刚度和强度均满足设计要求。
Based on the requirements of initial concept design for a new low floor electric city bus, the authors es- tablish a finite element model of the bus body, adopt the variable density method, use the topology optimization tech- niques to optimize body structure under multi-load cases, and verify the optimized structure analysis. The results show that the stiffness and strength of the bus body structure all meet the design requirements.
