摘要
以某款乘用车排气波纹管为例,通过对影响波纹管寿命的波形参数进行分析,结合整车实际布置情况,提出一种波纹管优化设计方案,提升波纹管的寿命;再通过路谱采集拟合出波纹管的运动轨迹,并进行损伤计算和台架试验,验证此优化方案的实际效果。
Taking a passenger car exhaust bellows for example, the authors analyze the waveform parameters that affect the bellows life, combine with its actual arrangement in the vehicle, present a bellows design optimization pro- grams to enhance the bellows life. Then they collect the road spectra to fit out the bellows' movement trajectories, and carry out the damage calculation and bench test to verify the actual effect of this optimization program.
