摘要
稳定杆对于汽车侧倾控制有重要的作用,悬架设计时需要校核稳定杆拉杆球销在悬架运动过程中的摆动角度。由于CATIA DMU模块在模拟球销摆动方面的局限性,本文利用Sim Designer的SD motion模块,校核稳定杆拉杆球销在车轮跳动及转向过程中的摆动角度,准确地解决该校核问题。
The stabilizer bar has an important role for the vehicle's roll control. It needs to check the swing angles of the stabilizer bar linkage pin during the suspension movement when designing the suspension. Because of CATIA DMU module limitations in the simulation of the linkage pin swing, the authors use the SD motion module of the SimDesigner to check the swing angles of the stabilizer bar linkage pin during the wheel hopping and steering pro- cesses so as to accurately solve the problem.
