国内超超临界锅炉设计有节流装置,在吹管时,残余物很容易在直径很小的节流孔处造成堵塞,也可能在例如较小弯曲半径弯头处等其它位置堆积。根据国内其它超超临界机组的安装经验和教训,为保证锅炉的安全运行,避免因异物堵塞而造成的爆管事故的发生,在锅炉吹管后,必须做好内部清洁度的检查工作。本文以某超超临界机组为例,讨论检查范围、检查方法和注意事项等。

According to the installation ex- perience and lessons of other domestic ultra supercritical units, the boilers must be inspected and cleared on a large scope after the boiler blowpipe to prevent blast accidents in the startup stage. This paper takes some ultra supercritical unit as an example, discuss the inspection scope, methods and the matters needed to be noticed.
