摘要
目的:探讨左卡尼丁对急性心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:选择2013年6月-2014年4月入院临床诊断急性心肌梗死的76例患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(常规治疗组)和试验组(左卡尼丁组)。对照组按心血管指南常规治疗,左卡尼丁组在此基础上加用左卡尼丁静滴。用药前后不同的时间段进行心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)等检查,并对两组间进行比较。观察左卡尼丁对急性心肌损伤的保护作用。结果:两组患者治疗前后各项指标比较差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05);组间比较治疗后各项指标,左卡尼丁组均明显低于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼丁对患者急性心肌损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To study the protective effect of L-carnitine on the Acute Myocardial Injury.Method:In this study,76 patients with the Acute myocardial infarction were selected for clinical data for the hospitalization of Cardiology,randomly divided into left-carnitine treatment group(40 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,left carnitine treatment group on the basis of applications in the conventional left-carnitine therapy.Result:After treatment,H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnI in left-carnitine group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of L-carnitine group was significantly better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Left carnitine protection of patients with acute myocardial injury.
