护理干预对普外科术后疼痛及护理满意度的影响观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Nursing Satisfaction in Department of General Surgery

目的:探讨护理干预对普外科术后疼痛及护理满意度的影响。方法:选择接受住院手术治疗的240例普外科患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组120例,对照组进行普外科常规护理,观察组实施下列护理干预:建立良好护患关系、宣教疼痛知识、实施心理护理、提供舒适护理、进行疼痛评价、指导减轻疼痛技巧、合理应用止痛药物。对比两组护理效果。结果:两组普外科手术患者术后清醒时VAS评分观察组(6.98±1.50)分,对照组(6.94±1.49)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后24、48 h VAS评分(4.13±1.11)分、(3.11±0.97)分明显低于对照组的(5.20±1.09)分、(3.98±1.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意98.33%明显高于对照组的90.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对普外科手术患者实施护理干预,能够降低VAS评分,减轻疼痛效果,提高护理满意度,最终提升普外科的总体护理质量和水平,值得临床应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction in department of general surgery. Method： Chose 240 cases of general surgical patients who accepted surgical treatment of in hospital as the research object and randomly derided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 120 cases in each group, patients in the control group were treated by the routine care of general surgery, observation group implementation the following nursing intervention ： to establish a good nurse patient relationship, knowledge education of pain, the implementation of psychological care, provide comfort care, pain evaluation, help alleviate pain skills, reasonable application of analgesic drugs.Result： The VAS score of general surgery patients after waking in the observation group was （6.98 ± 1.50）, and the control group was （6.94± 1.49）. there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）, and the VAS score of the the observation group which was surgery after 24/48 h was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, In the observation group, the satisfaction on nursing was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Implementating nursing intervention For patients with general surgery can reduce the VAS, relief the pain effect, improve nursing satisfaction, and ultimately enhance the overall quality and level of nursing in department of general surgery, it＇s worth to apply in Clinical medicine.
