激光治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Laser in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

目的:观察激光治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年7月笔者所在医院收治的72例牙体牙髓病患者,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均实施根管治疗,在此基础上观察组根据牙体牙髓病变实际情况选用不同激光类型进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组疼痛发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光治疗牙体牙髓病,能够提高根管治疗效果,为患者良好预后奠定基础。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of laser in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Method： 72 eases of patients with dental pulp disease from March 2013 to July 2014 were selected , according to the treatment of the patients were divided into observation group and control group, all patients received the mot canal therapy, the observation group according to the actual situation of dental pulp disease choose different types of laser for the trcotment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Result： The clinical treatment observation group was better than that in control group, with statistical difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）. During follow-up, the observation group the incidence of pain was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Laser treatment of dental pulp disease, can improve the effect of root canal therapy, to lay the foundation for a good prognosis patients.
