摘要
目的:探究连续肾脏替代疗法连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过模式(CRRT-CVVH)治疗肝功能衰竭的临床疗效分析。方法:对22例肝衰竭患者行CRRT-CVVH治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:临床总有效率为72.7%;治疗后肝功能、凝血功能、电解质及肾功能的生化指标均明显优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRRT-CVVH治疗肝功能衰竭的疗效确切。
Objective： To explore CRRT-CVVH clinical efficacy of the treatment of liver failure analysis.Method： A retrospective analysis of 22 cases of liver failure patients treated CRRT-CVVH clinical data.Resnit： The total effective rate was 72.7% ; after treatment, liver function, blood coagulation, electrolytes and renal function and biochemical indicators are better than before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： CRRT- CVVH treatment of liver failure and effective.
