比较视阈下西藏藏药产业竞争力评价分析

Analysis of Tibet Medicine Industry Competitiveness under the Comparative Perspective

根据波特钻石模型产业竞争力影响因素和实际数据的可得性,论文从经济环境竞争力、产业市场竞争力、人力资本竞争力和科技创新竞争力四个方面构建了包涵22个三级指标的藏药产业竞争力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法提取了两个竞争力因子,通过评价模型计算竞争力评价值。研究表明:由于地理区位、科学技术、经济实力和市场开拓等原因,甘肃省藏药产业竞争力最强、青海省其次、西藏自治区竞争力最弱。依据定量分析的数据结果,针对西藏藏药产业竞争力相对弱势方面,提出了相应的对策建议。

According to the factors of Michael Porter Diamond Model of industrial competitiveness and practical data availability,the article constructs the index system of Tibetan medicine industry competitiveness contains 22 indexes from the four aspects of economic environment,industry market,human capital,science and technology innovation. Then,the article extracts two competitive factors using the factor analysis method and calculate competitiveness evaluation value by evaluation model. Research shows that Tibetan medicine industry competitiveness of Gansu Province is strongest and Tibet Autonomous Region is weakest for geographical location,science and technology,economic power and market development reasons. The article makes corresponding policy recommendations against the weaknesses of Tibetan medicine industry competitiveness for Tibet.
