湖南某白钨粗精矿加温精选试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 对品位为5.36%的某白钨粗精矿进行了加温精选试验研究,系统考察了各药剂用量对精矿品位和回收率的影响,研究发现Na2S对提高精矿品位和回收率起到关键作用,并对Na2S的作用机理进行了分析,认为Na2S在矿浆中的优势组分是HS-,HS-能排斥吸附在萤石、方解石等脉石矿物表面的捕收剂,促进脂肪酸GYR在脉石矿物表面的解析,从而达到脱药的目的;同时Na2S水解时产生的S2-可与游离的多价金属离子生成不溶物沉淀,从而消除矿浆中Pb2+对非目的矿物的活化,提高白钨精选效率。试验最终确定在GYR用量为1.5 kg/t,Na2S用量为8 kg/t,Na OH用量为2 kg/t,水玻璃用量为90 kg/t的药剂条件下,经过一粗一扫三精的闭路试验,取得了钨精矿产率为6.63%,WO3品位为66.51%,回收率为83.25%的选矿指标。 The effect of several reagents dosage on concentrate grade and recovery in heating concentration of a scheelite rough concentrate which contained 5.36 % WO3 was investigated. It found that Na2S played a key role in improving the concentrate grade and recovery, and the action mechanism of Na2S was analyzed. It was concluded that HS^- is the dominant component of Na2S in the pulp by excluding the collectors absorbed on gangue minerals like fluorite and calcite and promoting the removal of fatty acid GYR in the gangue mineral surface, so as to achieve the purpose of reagent removal. At the same time, insoluble precipitate could be formed by S^2- produced by Na2S hydrolysis with free polyvalent metal ions, to remove activated Pb^2+ on non-objective minerals in the pulp and improve the clean efficiency of scheelite. Ultimately determined when the dosage of GYR 1.5 kg/t, Na2S dosage 8 kg/t, NaOH dosage 2 kg/t, water glass dosage 90 kg/t, through the closed-circuit test of one roughing-one scavenging- three cleaning flotation, the scheelite concentrate yield of 6.63 % with the WO3 grade of 66.51% and the recovery of 83.25 % was obtained.
