摘要
导游员是旅游行业的灵魂,在旅游市场中发挥着举足轻重的作用。目前,探索影响导游员工作满意度的因素,并提高导游员的工作满意度已成为重要的课题。以湖南省导游员为例,运用Ordered Probit模型对146位导游员的调查结果进行分析,发现影响导游员工作满意度的因素中还存在这些问题:导游员工作强度大,没有与工资成正比;导游员培训机会少;缺乏劳动合同、社会保险等保障。最后,提出建立合理的薪酬体系、规范的培训体系、有力的导游保障机制等建议。
Guide is the soul of the tourism industry,they play an important role in the tourism market. To explore the factors influencing the job satisfaction of the guides,and to improve the guides' job satisfaction has become an important topic. For tour guides in Hunan province as an example,using Ordered Probit model of 146 survey results are analyzed,we found these problems: the working strength is too stronger,but the guides' wage are too little; the guides are lack of training opportunities; The lack of labor contracts,social insurance,etc. Finally the author proposed these: the reasonable compensation system; normative training system; powerful guide guarantee mechanism and so on.
