Inter- district integrated electric energy metering system （integrated electricity system ） provides large amounts of data for load analysis, forecasting and line loss calculation. The abnormal data will cause big troubles and impact the company index. In order to improve the progress of defect elimination for the system and to assure the accuracy of load analysis, fore-casting and line loss calculation, it is studied from two aspects of management measures and technical measures, which make the defect elimination a great progress. And it also ensures the correctness of medium - voltage grid losses.
