40%四聚乙醛悬浮剂的助剂筛选研究

Study on Adjuvants Screening of Metaldehyde 40% SC

采用了单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法对40%四聚乙醛悬浮剂配方进行了筛选。其最佳配方为:40%四聚乙醛、0.5%NNO、2%OP-10、3%390N、1.5%羧甲基纤维素、0.8%水性消泡剂DF-889、1.0%丙三醇、0.15%苯甲酸钠,去离子水补足至100%。

The preparation of metaldehyde 40% SC was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The stable formulation was composed of metaldehyde 40%, NNO 0.5%, OP-10 2%, 390N 3%, carboxymethylcellulose 1.5%, DF-889 0.8%, glycerol 1%, sodium benzoate 0.15%, and deionized water making up to 100%.
