摘要
选用无水乙醇破坏微胶囊囊壁,然后采用液相色谱,以正己烷+四氢呋喃为流动相,在278 nm波长下,对10%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明,方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.016,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为99.7%。
The microcapsule capsule wall of lambda-cyhalothrin 10% CS was destructed by ethanol. Then lambda- eyhalothrin 10% CS was determined by HPLC, using n-hexane and tetrahydrofuran as mobile phase, with Hypersil SiO2 column and DAD at 278 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.016, the variation coefficient was 0.16%, and the average recovery was 99.7%.
