摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱对35%噻呋酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分进行定量分析,以甲醇+水(体积比80︰20)为流动相,使用Hypersil C18不锈钢柱和可变波长紫外检测器。方法的平均回收率为99.94%,变异系数为0.54%,标准偏差为0.19,线性相关系数为0.999 5。
A RP-HPLC method was introduced for the determination of thifluzamide 35% SC on Hypersil C18 steel column with a variable wavelength UV detector, using methanol and water as mobile phase. The results showed that the average recovery of the method was 99.94%, the coefficient of variation was 0.54%, the standard deviation was 0.19, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 5.
