24%辛·烟·氯氟吡OD在玉米及其土壤中的消解动态与残留 被引量:5

Dissipation Dynamics and Residues of Bromoxynil Octanoate+Nicosulfuron+Fluroxypyr 24% OD in Corn and Soil

摘要 样品采用乙腈振荡提取,固相萃取柱分离、净化,气相色谱电子捕获检测器(ECD)进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:在玉米植株中,辛酰溴苯腈和氯氟吡氧乙酸的半衰期分别为0.6~1.3d和0.8~1.5d;在土壤中,辛酰溴苯腈和氯氟吡氧乙酸的半衰期分别为1.5~2.7d和0.8~0.9d。玉米与土壤中辛酰溴苯腈的最终残留量均低于0.002mg/kg,氯氟吡氧乙酸的最终残留量均低于0.005mg/kg。 Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by solid phase extraction column, then detected by GC-ECD. The results showed that the half-lives of bromoxynil octanoate and fluroxypyr were 0.6-1.3 d and 0.8-1.5 d in corn plant, the half-lives in soil were 1.5-2.7 d and 0.8-0.9 d. The final residues of bromoxynil octanoate in corn and soil were less than 0.002 mg/kg, and the final residues of fluroxypyr in corn and soil were less than 0.005 mg/kg.
