新教师作为独立学院中重要的教师群体,为独立学院的发展作出了突出贡献,但也有一些亟待解决的问题。在对独立学院新教师发展的现状和问题进行客观分析的基础上,提出相应的解决对策,即要从政府和学校两方面着手,提高新教师发展的积极性,促进独立学院新教师队伍的不断完善。
