Zhang Han was an important writer of Yunnan in Ming Dynasty. He lived through high-spirit and vigor, career frustration, devotion to poetry writing and poetry publication, but all these were rarely written in the literature. The researches on Zhang Han made by modern scholars mainly focus on his life story, artistic features, literary friends and some related activities with Yunnan literature, which outlines his commitment to literary creation and his contribution to Yunnan literature and Baoshan literature.
