摘要
对现有干法制备方法和氟化稀土开发背景进行了简单介绍,根据工业实践研究提出了氟化稀土干法制备新工艺方法,工艺特点突出体现在自制氟化反应器实现连续批量氟化反应、尾气处理回收综合利用、排污处理深度除氟、产品质量好、工艺流程短、带入杂质少、物料回收率高等方面。
A brief introduction to the existing dry process method and the development background of rare earth fluoride was porformed.According to the industrial practice research,it put forward the new technology for the preparation of rare earth fluoride dry method,of which process characteristics embodied continuous batch reaction of fluorine,tail gas treatment,recovery and comprehensive utilization of sewage treatment depth defluorination,the quality of the products high,short process,less impurities and the higher material recovery rate in the self-made fluorination reactor.
