当前,地方本科院校的转型发展已经成为大势所趋。地方本科的转型发展必须大力推进以专业为载体的综合改革。为此需要:坚定社会人才需求为导向,优化专业结构,建设专业群,对接产业链,完善人才培养方案,推进课程改革,深化教学改革,创新师资队伍建设,建立以专业实践能力为核心的学习评价体系。

The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges has become the general trend at present. The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges must promote the comprehensive reform which takes profession as the carrier. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the orientation for social talent demand, optimize the structure of specialty, construct specialty group, dock industry chain, improve the personnel training plan, promote the reform of curriculum, deepen teaching reform, innovate teaching staff construction and establish learning evaluation system taking the professional practical ability as the core.
