摘要
研究目的:调研辅导员工作业绩预期水平状况及其影响因素,了解辅导员工作现状,以期为高校辅导员认识自身工作状态和提高工作业绩提供可参考的实践依据,也为高校管理者提高辅导员队伍建设水平提供科学的理论依据。研究结果:(1)整体上看,417名高校辅导员工作业绩预期水平趋良好状况.(2)不同任职状态、学生的专业、年龄、带班年级、任现职年限的辅导员之间,其工作业绩的不同维度的预期水平存在着差异。
Purposes: surveying the situation on the job performance expectations and influencing factors of university counsellors, understanding their work situation, aiming to provide scientific practice basis for counsellors to understand and improve their job performance and provide scientific theoretical basis for administrators to promoting counsellor team construction. Results: first, The job performance expectations of 417cunselllors are almost good; second, job performance expectations are different among counsellors according to their different occupation status, students' majors, age, grade, and post tenure.
