摘要
管理创新是高校后勤发展的方向,7S管理在高校后勤中运用是后勤管理创新模式之一。基于江、浙、沪、鲁等地高校在后勤中运用7S管理的实践,从理论上分析了7S管理在高校后勤管理中推行的必要性和重要性、推行的基本原理和步骤,并提出了高校后勤成功推行7S管理需要解决的三个关键问题:顶层设计、长效机制建立、后勤服务标准研究。
Management innovation is the development direction of university logistics management. 7S is one of the innovative modes of logistics management in university logistics. This paper, based on application of 7S in logistics management of universities of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong and other areas, analyzes the necessity, importance basic principles and steps of implementation of 7S management in logistics management in universities from the theoretical analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward three key problems of the successful implementation of 7S in logistics management in universities, which are the top - level design, the establishment of long - term mechanism, and research on logistics service standards.
