摘要 为探讨不同粒度配合煤对焦炭质量的影响,以5mm作为粒度分割点进行分样试验。工业分析、岩相分析和小焦炉试验结果都表明:粒度小于5mm的煤样中气煤成分较少,而肥煤、焦煤和瘦煤成分较多,惰性组分少,易粉碎;粒度大于5mm的煤样中气煤成分较多,惰性组分多,难粉碎。煤种的粗粒部分多数为非活性组分,在炼焦过程中成为焦炭裂纹的中心,不利于焦炭质量的提高,所以在控制配合煤细度的同时还应控制煤料粒度的上限。 To discuss the the effect of deferent size blending coal on coke quality, tests the specimens of at the size device point 5mm. The industrial analysis, petrographical analysis and test- coke-oven experiment indicates, that the-5mm coal samples has less gas coal and more rich coal, coke coal and lean coal, the inert component decreases, but easy to crash. While the over 5mm coal samples has more gas coal, more inert component, difficult to crash. Most coarse parts of every type of coal are uncreative component, and will become the crash center during cokemaking process, do harm to the coke quality. So in the control on the blending coal size, the upper limit should also be contained.
