摘要
为了验证沥青再生剂对铣刨旧沥青混合料的再生效果,采用新疆乌赛1级公路改高速公路工程铣刨的旧沥青混合料,分别添加国产再生剂A和进口再生剂B,比较再生沥青混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温性能和疲劳性能,以及掺加再生剂A的再生混合料与新拌沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:国产再生剂A对铣刨旧沥青混合料具有较好的再生效果,再生混合料各项指标均有大幅度提升;与新拌混合料相比,掺加再生剂A的再生混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性和低温性能也具有明显优势。
In order to verify the regeneration effect of asphalt regenerant to milling-planing old asphalt mixture, this paper compares water stability, high-temperature stability, low-temperature performance and fatigue performance of regenerated asphalt mixture made of old asphalt mixture milled and planed in Xinjiang Wusai Grade 1 Highway Modified to Expressway Project with addition of domestic regenerant A and imported regenerant B, and road performance of regenerated mixture with regenerant A and new asphalt mixture. The results show that domestic regenerant A exhibits good regeneration effect to milling-planning old asphalt mixture, and all indices of regenerated mixture are promoted remarkably; compared with new asphalt mixture, water stability, high -temperature stability and low -temperature stability of regenerated mixture with regenerant A also show obvious advantages.
