城市指路标志诱导系统对驾驶员行为影响的分析研究

Analytical Research on Influences of Urban Direction Sign Guidance System on Driver Behaviors

为了更好地实现指路标志诱导系统的指引诱导功能,以驾驶员作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式对驾驶员使用指路标志诱导系统的行为进行调研,着重考察驾驶员出行前的准备行为以及出行中无指引信息情况下的选择行为。调研结果显示:三分之二以上驾驶员出行前会查询前往目的地的路线图且较关注行驶时间;在出行中指引信息缺失情况下,一般会选择继续直行及转向较高等级的道路等。基于此,交通管理者可以对指路标志的布设进行分析及优化,以提高整个诱导系统的指引可达功能。

In order to better realize direction and guidance function of direction sign guidance system, this paper investigates behaviors of drivers when using the direction sign guidance system in the form of questionnaire survey with emphasis on investigating preparations before trip of drivers and choice behaviors without guidance information during trip. The results of investigation show that more than 2/3 drivers will enquire route maps ahead for destinations and concern driving time; and in general will select direct driving and turning to higher grade roads, etc. in the case of missing guidance information. On this basis, traffic administrators can analyze and optimize arrangement of direction signs to improve accessible function of guidance of the entire guidance system.
