济南古民居旅游开发与保护策略的进一步探究——基于徽派民居开发保护策略的现有研究

The Exploration of the Ancient Dwellings of Jinan Tourism Development and Protection Strategy——Based on the Current Study on the Development and Protection of Huizhou Folk Dwelling

近年来,旅游业迅速发展,粗放式开发、保护不当导致济南古民居自然及人为破坏严重,存在诸多不足。从济南古民居的旅游发展现状出发深刻挖掘其旅游价值,探究其旅游开发的发展空间。通过对200名济南居民进行问卷抽查,分析济南古民居在目前旅游开发利用过程中存在的问题,并采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法通过分析借鉴我国徽派古民居的开发保护措施,对济南古民居旅游开发与保护进行策略研究,以加强济南古民居开发保护及促进民居旅游的可持续发展。

In recent years,the rapid development of tourism,extensive development,the protection of ancient houses of Jinan lead to improper natural and man - made destruction and there are many shortcomings. From current situation of the tourist development of Jinan ancient dwellings,this article excavates its tourism value deeply and explores the development space of the tourism. Through a questionnaire survey of 200 Jinan residents,this article will analyze the problem existed in the process of the development and utilization of the tourism. Through studying the development and protection measures of Chinaˊs Anhui ancient residence,it also makes a strategy study in the way of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop and protect the ancient dwellings of Jinan in order to promote the sustainable development of Jinan ancient dwellings and dwellings tourism.
