我国高职教育迅猛发展态势,要求高职院校师资建设应将重心转向教师的专业化发展。针对张家口高职院校实际,通过问卷调查方式,揭示张家口高职院校教师专业化发展现状、存在问题并提出相关建议。

With the swift and violent development of vocational education,the focus of the vocational faculty construction transfers to the development of teachersˊspecialization. According to the situation of Zhangjiakou vocational colleges,together with some questions,the author puts forward some suggestions that concentrate on the development of specialization of Zhangjiakou vocational teachers.
