创业政策对高职学生创业影响的调查与研究——以江苏财经职业技术学院为例

A research of the entrepreneurship policy on College Students' Entrepreneurship influence——Take Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance & Economics as an example

高校扩招,学生人数剧增,毕业生的就业压力越来越大,高学历人才抢占低学历人才的次劳动市场,高职学生的高就业压力愈发明显。从十七大到十八大,"以创业带动就业"已家喻户晓,创业政策作为国家宏观调控的一项重要手段,对高职学生的创业有着一定的积极影响,在高职学生的创业意向和创业行为上发挥着不可替代的作用。

With the college enrollment expansion and the increasing numbers of students,the employment pressure becomes bigger and bigger for college graduates,the highly qualified staff seize the labour market for the low qualified staff ,the college students have to face the higher and higher pressure. From the 17th National Congress of the CPC to the big eighteen,＆quot;Entrepreneurship to improve employment＆quot; has been known by every family,as an important means of national macro -control, entrepreneurship policy has some positive impact on the college students’entrepreneurship,and plays an irreplaceable role on the college students’entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behavior.
