大学生宿舍人际关系影响因素及对策研究

The Research on the Factors Affecting the Interpersonal Relationship between College Students in their Same Dormitories and its Countermeasures

大学宿舍人际关系具有近距离接触的特点,所形成的人际关系密切复杂,对大学生生活、学习等都会产生较大的影响。本研究通过调查发现影响大学生宿舍人际关系的因素主要有环境因素、生活因素、人际竞争、个性特征,提出学生应学会尊重和包容、学会换位思考和欣赏、赞美别人及与家长沟通、指导的对策。

The interrelationship between the college students in their same dormitories, characterized by close contact andmuch complication, has a fairly great influence on their college life and learning. In the paper, it is found through the surveysthat the factors to influence the interrelationship the college students in their same dormitories mainly involve the followingones-their environment, their life, their interpersonal competition, and their personality characteristics. And furthermore, in thepaper, some suggestions are made for college students that they should learn to tolerate and respect others, think in others＂shoes, appreciate or praise others; and some strategic hints are offered to their parents for the purpose of their convenientguide in their thorough communication with their own children.
