校企共建煤矿实景培训基地的探索与实践——以山西工程技术学院为例

Exploration and practice of school and enterprise cooperation to build a training base of the real coal mine—Take SHANXI engineering and Technical College as an example

目前采矿工程专业生产实习中存在联系实习单位困难、实习经费不足和实习内容简化等问题,煤矿企业员工培训也存在实训设备不齐、实训方案不全和师资队伍不足等问题。针对采矿工程专业生产实习和煤矿企业员工安全培训中存在的问题,山西工程技术学院勇于实践,与阳煤集团固庄矿合作建设了校内模拟矿井,解决了校方采矿工程专业学生实习和企方员工安全培训中存在的问题,探索出了一条校企合作共建煤矿实景培训基地,培养应用型技术人才的新模式。

At present, specializing in the production of mining engineering practice of internships contact difficulties, lack of funds and the content of the training practice of simplified problems of coal enterprise employees training problems of training equipment not neat, training plan is not complete and lack of teachers. Aiming at the existence of professional production and practice in mining engineering problems and the coal enterprise employees＇safety problems in training, Shanxi Institute of engineering and technology practice, the construction of the simu- lation of mine of Yangquan Coal Group coal mine with solid cooperation, solves the problems of safety training and enterprise staff in the school of mining engineering students, explored a school enterprise cooperation to build a new coal mine real training base, training mode of applica- tion oriented talents.
