摘要
研究中国企业对英国文化的适应性,有着极其重要的意义。中国企业如何适应英国的地方性文化,存在一个文化适应的评价问题。要评价文化适应性,首先得建立评价指标体系。从中国企业文化的定位及其表征入手,通过建立中国企业英国上市文化适应性的层次结构,继而构建中国企业适应英国文化的评价指标体系。
It is extremely important for Chinese enterprises to research cultural adaptability. As for UK-listed Chinese companies to adapt to the local culture,there is an evaluation of acculturation. To evaluate the cultural adaptation,firstly it is essential to establish evaluation index system. This article starts from the Chinese localization and characterization of enterprise culture,and puts forward a proposal for the establishment of a hierarchical structure about the cultural adaptability of the Chinese UK-listed enterprises,as well as the constructing of an evaluation index system for adaptation of the Chinese enterprises to the British culture.
