A Preliminary Study about Peer Counselor Pattern in Colleges and Universities

面对新的形势和任务,高校辅导员的工作更加繁重,使部分辅导员产生职业倦怠感。为了增强辅导员工作的实效性,在实际的学生工作中,引入朋辈辅导员模式。朋辈辅导员自身的性质特点,决定其能够辅佐辅导员较好开展学生工作。

Facing the new situation and task,college counselors need to constantly explore new work ideas and methods,including the study of counselors working mode. Peer counselor model is based on psychology and the theory of interpersonal communication. Starting from the psychological health education for students and exploration of new model,designed to improve the efficiency of student work,this way of counselors＇ work provides a new train of thought for colleges and universities.
