卓越制药人才培养是为满足社会和行业发展需求以及个体特殊性需要,造就具有实践创新能力的应用型人才的一种培养方式。对67所高校的中层管理人员进行了问卷调查,提出在整个培养实践中,以能力提升为核心,协同创新卓越制药人才培养模式;以社会需求为导向,构筑一流药学实践教学平台;以实践教学质量为抓手,培养"双师型"人才;结合行业特色,构建卓越制药人才培养标准。

Excellence pharmaceutical Talents training is an applied talents training methods, designed to meet the development needs of society and the industry and individual particularity required, and to create practical and innovative capabilities. About applied innovative talents training model in China, the authors conducted a questionnaire survey for division level administrators of 67 universities. The paper proposes that inno throughout practical and innovative training, the ability upgrade should be the core, collaborative ration applied talents training model could to be used to reform practice teaching system, and practice teaching quality could be taken as the starting point for fostering Double-type talents.
