高校非学历教育师资队伍建设的思考

非学历教育是高校继续教育的重要组成部分,是国家终身教育体系和学习型社会构建的基础。高校作为非学历教育的组织者之一,加大非学历教育师资队伍的建设,构建一支学术水平硬、实践能力强、乐于从事非学历教育的教师队伍,将有利于高校非学历教育的稳步发展。从高校非学历教育师资队伍的认识观念、合理构建、科学考评等方面进行剖析,为我国高校非学历教育师资队伍的建设提供参考。

Non-degree education is an important part of continuing education in colleges and universities, and constitutes the foundation for constructing national lifelong education system and learning society. The colleges and universities are one of the organizers of non-degree education, it follows that strengthening the construction of teaching staff for non-degree education, building a team of teachers who have excellent academic performance, good practice ability and engaging in non-degree education which will surely be conducive to the steady development of non-degree education in colleges and universities. The article analyses the teaching staff for non-degree education in colleges and universities especially in terms of concept understanding, construction rationality and evaluation scientificity, and provides reference for the construction of teaching staff for non-degree education in colleges and universities in China.
