摘要 信息技术给现代高等教育赋予了全新定义和空间。从化学制药学科教师的信息素养与能力(X轴向)、教学设计能力(Y轴向)、教学实施能力(Z轴向)三维结构分析和建立实施信息技术与化学制药学科有效整合对教师的"三维能力结构"模型要求。整合效果(IE)主要由教师的X、Y、Z"三维能力结构"协同决定,即IE=ILA+TDA+TIA,为信息技术与其他学科整合过程中的教师能力结构建设提供参考。 Information technology assigns a new definition and space to the modern higher education. In this article, the three dimension ability structures model for the teachers was published and analyzed from their information literacy and ability( X axis), teaching design ability( Y axis)and teaching implementing abiIity(Z axis) in the effective integration between information technology and chemical pharmaceutical disciplines. The integration effect (IE) mainly depends on the teachers' X, Y, Z three dimension ability structures, namely, IE = ILA + TDA + TIA. At the same time, the beneficial reference was provided for the teachers' ability structure construction in the integration between information technology and other disciplines.
