摘要
农民市民化教育是推进市民化进程、实现以人的现代化为核心的新型城镇化目标的迫切需求和重要任务。广东佛山在进入后工业化阶段以来,针对农业转移人口的两大人群即不再从事传统农业活动的本地户籍农民和外来农民工,积极开展外来农民工市民化的产业社区新市民教育和本地农民市民化的农村社区新型市民教育。同时,推动行政管理改革与创新,为市民化教育提供制度保障;并大力促进社区教育、家庭教育与学校教育资源的融合互通,探索出一条符合新型城镇化需要的市民化教育新路,使农民真正成长为现代市民。
The citizenization education for farmers is in urgent need and it is an important task for promoting the urbanization process and realizing the new-type urbanization objective with the core of human modernization. Since the post industrialization stage, Foshan, Guangdong has been actively carrying out the new civic education in industrial community for migrant-workers' citizenization and in rural community for local farmers' citizenization in terms of the two major groups of agriculture-transferred population, that is, the local farmers who no longer engaged in traditional agricultural activities and the migrant workers. Meanwhile, it promotes the administrative reform and innovation and provides the institution guarantee for the education of citizenization. What' s more, it greatly promotes the interaction of the community education, home education and school education. The citizenization of farmers explores a new way of citizenization education that meets the needs for the new type urbanization, which helps the farmers truly grow into the modem citizens.
